In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances that may impact delivery timelines, we will communicate any delays and make every effort to complete delivery as soon as possible.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion. Snow Flowers is not responsible for the condition of the arrangement once it has been delivered.

While we strive to accommodate preferred delivery dates, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless previously arranged.

Proper care of floral arrangements is the responsibility of the recipient after delivery. Care instructions may be provided to help extend the life of the arrangement.
